Owned listing performance and reporting infrastructure across Aurafloral's Amazon and Flipkart storefronts. Replaced manual, spreadsheet-heavy reporting with automated Python pipelines and a live Power BI layer covering sales, pricing, and inventory health.

What I did
  • Audited and rewrote 100+ product listings — titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and images — to improve search rank and conversion on both marketplaces.
  • Built Python automation that cut weekly reporting time from ~20 hours to ~8 hours, a 55% reduction in manual effort.
  • Designed Power BI dashboards tracking sales velocity, pricing competitiveness, and stock-outs, saving ~5 hours/week previously spent on manual data cleaning.
  • Ran multi-dimensional analysis (category, price band, seasonality) that informed pricing changes, contributing to an 8% overall revenue improvement.
